Melissa is an incredible coach, super fun, energetic, and really knows her stuff 💪🔥 She brings so much positive energy to every class, and you can tell she puts her all into it. She pushes you to give your best, but always in a motivating and encouraging way.
The workouts are challenging (you will sweat 😅), but the vibe makes it totally worth it. It’s one of those classes where you leave tired but feeling stronger, both physically and mentally 💥
