Elfengrotte (Käsegrotte) — Attraction in Ulmen

From the car park next to the L104 (free parking) it’s a quick walk 700m to the Elfengrotte. In total it’s a 1.35km walk to see the waterfall & Elfengrotte and loop back to the car park.

Eine nette kleine Durchgangshöhle. Die Besonderheit dabei ist die Struktur der Wände. Da diese so aussehen, als wären hier Käseleibe aufeinander gestapelt wird die Elfengrotte auch mit weiterem Namen als Käsegrotte bezeichnet. Neben der Grotte gischtet ein gleitender Wasserfall herab, was ein sehr nettes Gesamtbild ergibt. Hat man die Grotte durchquert, führt ein Steg über den Bach - dahinter ein weiterer, kleiner Wasserfall mit einem Wasserbecken davor. Treppenstufen führen nun rechts hinauf und man kann auf einer hohen Brücke nochmal den Bach überqueren und hat von hier oben nochmal einen schönen Blick. Weiter führen hier in alle Richtungen...
