M10 True Active — Attraction in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Konstanz

We were really looking forward to M10 True Active, and while the golf itself was creative and fun, the overall experience was let down by poor staff attitude and bad crowd management.

Staff seemed disinterested and didn’t make any effort to acknowledge us as individuals. Large groups were allowed in right behind us with no spacing, which completely disrupted the flow and made the experience feel rushed and crowded. It felt like they prioritised groups over couples or smaller visitors. The waiting time was also rather long as there was little to no staff presence for most of our visit.

It’s a shame because the concept is cool, but the lack of care from staff and the way the place is run really took away from what could’ve been a great time.

Overall the golf was fun, but I’d highly recommend that you only come when groups are nowhere to be seen or if the staff don’t look busy. Otherwise you’ll end up with a rushed and...

Gesamturteil: Sehr gut, nur zu empfehlen!

In unseren Urlauben hat sich langsam das Minigolfen als Tradition gemausert. Da wollen wir auch mal was anderes haben. Und das, ist hier der Fall!

Die Deko an den Wänden (am besten mit der 3D-Brille genießen!) ist ausgefallen, bunt, aber nicht zu schrill. Alle Bahnen folgen einem klarem Konzept. Das ist auch künstlerisch schön anzusehen und an jeder Bahn und jeder Wand gibt es etwas zu entdecken. Vom Urwald, ins All, tief unter den Meeresspiegel.

Das Erlebnis ist komplett durch die nicht zu schwierigen aber auch nicht zu einfachen Bahnen.

Oben drauf ist der Service top. Nett, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, alles gut erklärt. Aus diesem Grund können auch gerne 6 Sterne vergeben werden!

Als Topping gibt es die Möglichkeit Termine online zu buchen und auch gleich zu bezahlen.

Und dann gibt’s noch einen oben drauf! Wir waren (wie immer) mit Hund Sky unterwegs. War überhaupt kein Problem. Unser Hund ist aber auch sehr sehr unkompliziert, stressreistent & angstfrei.

Wer mal Minigolf ganz anders erleben will, ist hier genau richtig! Aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten ist es recht warm. Lasst also die Jacke besser im Auto 😁

We were at the place with kids birthday party - 15 kids in general - of course it was a kind of challenge both for us and for the staff, but thank you so much for organising!
