The restaurant offers all you can it. The prices are very fair and you can truly say that every customer leaves the restaurant really fed up. The quantity of dishes also offers a great choice, so every customer will definitely find something he likes. The quality of the dishes, however, is rather average. The staff, especially the owner, does not inspire with friendliness and responsiveness. Particularly the owner, gives the feeling of running the restaurant for purely economic reasons and really not a bit of passion. No smile, a non-existent friendliness and sometimes the feeling that she is even annoyed, makes me wonder if the lady really knows how a restaurateur should act.
The place is generally getting on in years, the chairs and furniture are old and worn, which you can really see at first sight.
The really large selection of parking spaces is certainly advantageous.
It is really a pity that the attitude of the owner and the work motivation of the staff drag down the rating. In my opinion, you could quietly increase the prices, but offer more quality in the food and a trained staff that knows what service means, then this restaurant would easily get at least 4 stars, but this way there are only 3.
All in all, a place where you can eat on average at extremely reasonable prices and also gets there very well by car. If you're looking for quantity above all else and don't care about service empathy, you'll feel right...
Read moreI was very disappointed with this restaurant. The fish, including the salmon, was undercooked and unsafe to eat, so neither I nor my family could enjoy our meal. Despite this, the owner interrupted our dinner to demand an extra €10 before we had even finished, speaking in a rude and unprofessional manner instead of apologizing for the poor quality of the food.
The buffet itself was extremely limited, with only the cheapest and lowest-quality items. On top of that, I was told I could only use one plate — which makes no sense, as no normal diner would put salad and a main course on the same plate.
The owner’s behavior was unacceptable and showed no understanding of hospitality. After paying €70 and leaving hungry, I can honestly say this was the worst restaurant...
Read moreWe recently visited Restaurant Ginza with our 2.5-year-old daughter. Although the restaurant offered some kids' options, we found the overall selection at this Asian buffet somewhat disappointing compared to other alternatives along the Swiss-German border. The prices were standard, with drinks being charged separately and a €5 penalty for unfinished plates. Therefore, it's essential to be mindful of how much you take. On the positive side, there was a decent variety of ice cream, which is a plus if you have a sweet tooth. However, it's worth noting that buffet prices increase on weekends and public holidays, which is typical but still something to keep in mind. Overall, our experience at Ginza was just okay, and we give it three...
