If you're looking for an indoor activity on a chilly and / or rainy day, Dino Park is definitely a good choice for kids up to about 10/11 years of age. Make sure you register online (due to pandemic) for a time slot before you drive off as you may otherwise not be allowed to enter. Prices are moderate given that the 2 slots available on weekends cover 4 hours each. Parking is available on site and in the vicinity. Lunch / dinner and snacks can also be purchased on site or at any of the options in the vicinity although the large shopping center next door is closed on Sundays. The pizza is fine, actually a lot better than expected. There are pasta, chicken nuggets, hamburgers and salad options, a lot better than anticipated. In terms of the activities, there is quite a variety for all tastes from suspension walking bridges covering half the area, canoeing, digging for gold, uncovering Dino skeletons in the sandbox, a laser avoidance game (similar to Impossible Mission), lots of climbing structures testing kids' skills, 5D movie theater, interactive "Save the Cows" video game that burns lots of energy, etc. Given the variety of activities kids will normally not get bored even after spending 3 hours indoors. As a matter of fact, it is very likely that they fall asleep on the way home after burning their energy in the...
Read moreDO IT! Internet explanation if the facilities was a bit "imaginative" shall we say. There is an expansive multilevel rope/plank bridge set throughout the majority of park, including towers and even an airgun shooting alley. There is a small loop of waterway for canoes the kids very much liked. There is a water trough with small stones and such with seives and a waterwheel they liked experimenting with. A Lazer maze (new to me) that was simple enough for my 3 year old but interesting enough for my 4 year old. The sandbox (very large) has a Dino-bone display (like a large plastic tabletop under the surface of the sand) that they really enjoyed excavating. There are even some very good looking animitronic dinosaurs that occasionally (not often enough for my kids) that rattle, roar and set the tone for adventure! This was a trip intended specifically for my 3 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Thus, through THIER eyes this was a huge success!
Parents: free wifi, plenty of seating, very reasonable beer/food prices, single entrance that is visible (no easy wandering away for the kids) and an extremely, extremely pleasant and helpful and friendly staff. Outdoor seating available as well. No photos to add, internet website is good for that. (plus, privacy concerns... Was very well attended...
Read moreReally cool place for a family with kids and/or toddlers. A lot of activities to be done inside. Ball cannon, a lot of mazes orizontal and vertical ones, ones that go really up in the ceiling. Laser maze in darkness which is really atractive for kids. 5D video, obstacle race, boat river, and a lot more. A quite wide eating area. The food is ok, not great, typicall fast food. Food prices are really decent as you can see in the pictures attached to this review. They could do better in the food quality considering the fact that their main customers are kids. They also organize really cool birthday party for kids. usually when we were there it was not extremely crowded and the kids could use everything even though sometimes with a bit of waiting times. The place is located in an industrial/shopping area. So if you come in a normal working day youay combine shopping with play time for your kids. Long story short, it is a cool place for a rainy or cold day where your kid can have a lot of fun. We have been here several times already because our kids loves dinosaurs and he enjoys this place every time. They also have a small store from where you can buy some...
