China Mall Bortianor — Attraction in Greater Accra Region

Been shopping here, specially at this location behid west hills mall, first of all, customer service experience here is so bad, workers are not ready to go above and beyond to assist customers locate and get what customers want. Management also, I'm not sure if it's because of the English language the Chinese have problem with or not, but they really find it very difficult to listen to customers on 'customer situations'.. my 2 time experiences were very bad, and I was planning to go on a customer survey to prove so many helpful facts, which I believe both management and employees need training on. On the other hand, I made a purchase for a summer hat gazebo and it was a display, I requested for a discount since it wasn't brand new and the last on display, the employee that came to my aid completely discouraged me to buy because she felt like the owners/Management won't allow any discount, but when I insisted on talking to the manager, he surprisingly gave me a good fare discount. Awesome place to shop. Extremely friendly mall staff. Be sure to ask if you need assistance . I found almost everything I was looking for, and at an astonishingly good price. Massive selection of goods, well arranged and price tagged. Easy access to the mall as it's right on the highway. I'm sure you can call a Bolt to come get you when done with your shopping and ready to leave, as taxis are not readily available nearby. They have lockers outside to keep your goods securely if you need to go find a taxi or to go somewhere for a few minutes.

The building seems to still be under construction from the outside but there's no indication inside. It was busy but there were enough people manning the tills. With 3 little children in tow, there was no way we could see the upper floor(s). The ground floor is well stocked though with kitchen, bathroom, exercise, outdoor, stationery, and DIY items, to list a few.
