We enjoyed our short visit to the winery but if you see this be quick - the host told us that it closes to visitors at the end of October. The winery itself is still open and after that I recommend ringing them to see if you can visit. We arrived, were greeted before we had walked in (it was quiet) and allowed to wander round parts of the warehouse looking at tanks and bottling supplies, pre-labelled bottles, and could view the staff down below in a large warehouse sections quickly filling boxes of wine (not on sale in the shop unfortunately). Then our host, Georgia, gave us an informative quick tasting and explanation of three of the types of wine. Excellent English and knowledgeable answers to questions. Staff speak several languages. Plenty of parking and toilet facilities available. The cute cats sleeping in the shade...
