During our visit to the stunning island of Kefalonia, we had the pleasure of dining at Mpotsolos Restaurant, and it was an experience we won’t soon forget. The food was outstanding—authentic Greek flavors, fresh ingredients, and generous portions that left us completely satisfied.

What truly made the evening special was the exceptional service. A heartfelt shoutout to the remarkable 18-year-old young man who was our waiter. He was professional, warm, and impressively attentive. His genuine hospitality and maturity far exceeded expectations, and he made us feel like honored guests rather than just customers.

The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal in one of Greece’s most beautiful settings. Prices were fair, and the quality was top-notch.

We could not eat our dinner. Because there was so much bee and flies . Like you eat in jungle. We made a lot of camping but i have not get in this kind of trouble while eating. The worst thing is nobody in the restaurant pays attention to it. The crew was awful . Only one man helped us. The remaining ones were watching us..The taste is not bad. We want our meal packaged but a boy bring us 2 package to take our meals to the box. I can offer the owner that they read and perform something to make the bees away. For example they can burn some coffee. I hope they...

A must-visit for meat lovers! 🥩🍖

This place is absolutely worth a detour if you’re a fan of meat. As someone who loves to try a bit of everything, I was thrilled to find they offer a 1 kg meat selection—perfect for sharing (or not!). Check out my pictures and you’ll see what I mean—we even had to ask for a takeaway box because there was so much food.

One tip: be sure to specify how you’d like your steak cooked. Ours was a little more done than my usual (I prefer it a bit rarer), but the flavors were still fantastic....
