A decent Ionian beach, though not exceptionally unique. Nestled in a picturesque pine-covered area, it offers views of Corfu to the right and Paxos and Antipaxos to the left. The shoreline consists mainly of pebbles and drops steeply. The water is refreshingly cool, and the sea is often wavy. In my view, it's not the best choice for small children. During one of our visits, we noticed an extensive area of debris floating on the water's surface in the afternoon. We were told that this debris originates from the rocks, as waves crash over them, but this explanation seemed somewhat implausible. What's certain is that it cannot be caused by passing ships since they are far out at sea. I'd like to believe it's also not sewage from the hotels, as it would be entirely senseless for them to contaminate the waters where their...

Magnificent beach which offers the opportunity of many dives from its rock's and the end of its left side! The temperature of the water is cool and excaclty what you need in a hot summer day. There are a lot of cafés and bars offering sunbeds by simply purchasing a drink or something, unlikely to what most of them do in most regions of the country where you still have to pay for the sunbed besides your order. One of the most beautiful beaches I've been in Sivota region! Definitely...

We stayed in the area during 3-9 of september, if it hadn't been 3 rainy days, it would have been the perfect weather. The sea is very clear, but it deepens suddenly, so be carefull with the kids. The beach is not very sandy, there are small and medium size stones, but still ok. Watch out for wild boars, there are numerous and you will meet them every night. Umbrellas and sunbeds were free but with standard consumption (in...
