The hotel was very isolated, the breakfast was not vegetarian/vegan friendly and the "hot" food was barely lukewarm. Poor selection of vegetables and fruit.|The pool was OK with a few sunbeds |The information we received said 4 km. from the nearest town. |That was only partially correct, the road was steep and winding without pavements and no lights at night, in addition there were many stray dogs that could at times be persistent and frightening. We were warned to stay away from the dogs and be very careful especially when they gathered in packs at night.|Due to the lack of public transport, taxis were the only type of transport, at a cost of app. 20,- euro to Perdika and 70 euro to Parga and back. |In the area around the hotel there was only 1 small shop with a very poor selection. |In order not to be too negative I would like to clarify that the sunbeds on the beach were free and the water was absolutely excellent (not for little children - the water gets very deep as soon as you get in and with high waves at times.|The rooms and beds were OK, most of the staff were friendly and nice.|So unless you want to have a vacation in a tiny place with almost no activities, don't...
Read moreWe stayed at Riviera Perdika Hotel for two nights at the beginning of July 2017. The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, and the way to it is very nice. We had a standard room, which was located upstairs, in the farthest little house from the reception. The room was very clean. For the second night we wanted an upgrade, so we booked one of the best room in the hotel, without to check out the first one. That did little trouble to the receptionist who insisted with all sorts of questions. The second room, was also very nice, comfortable and clean, and had a large terrace with Jacuzzi. ||All staff was very friendly.||In the yard of the hotel there was a tavern, with good food and a 15% discount if you were hotel guest.||The beach is not sandy but with little rocks, you definitely need water shoes, the water is great. The hotel has on the beach, free sunbeds and umbrellas and you can order everything from the bar.||The negative aspect, which I really want to mention it, is the fact that, when we booked the hotel, we had the impression that is located on the beach and is not. There are about 200 meters away.||We felt good there and we would come back anytime...
Read moreMy husband and 8 month old daughter stayed here in July 2018 for two nights.||Honestly, this hotel was missing nothing - we found the front staff to be extremely helpful and kind - they helped us with our bags and win our baby too! We needed to play her milk somewhere cold and hey were quickly to offer their fridge and freezer. We found the reception staff as well as the pool service staff to always have a smile on their face and ready to help- something we have not experienced at all of the hotels during our stay in Greece. ||The rooms were very North American - modern and great. We really liked the “proper” shower (with a door!) and the furniture and bathroom were updated and very clean. ||Pool was really nicely up kept. ||We took the 14€ a person dinner and WOW - did we get a lot (and phenomenal) tasting food! We could have done with just one of us ordering a plate ! It was so very good and I strongly suggest trying the food here. We ordered a few drinks and they gave us a complimentary appetizer - lamb !! ||Great experience and would definitely return here on our next trip to...
