Paralia Lomvarda — Attraction in Municipality of Kropia

Great little find of a beach. The access is on a road past some derelict buildings so at first it doesn't look great but once you get down to the beach it is amazing. you can either park on some dirt land right on the beach or on a tarmac road with access to the beach down some steps. The water is crystal clear and is shallow for a long way out. I was out about 20m and just up to my waist, so it is good for kids to play in. The beach is in a small cove so it is very sheltered. It is a sand beach with a few rocks and fresh water springs running into the water which are very cold.

There are no facilities on the beach but there is a kiosk on the entry road selling drinks and snacks about 200m from the beach, easily walkable. We visited on a Saturday in early May and it was just our family and about 20 locals.

I would have given it 5 stars but marked it down 1 star because the derelict buildings...

Little preatty golf, beautiful clear water, it is not very deep, it has sand and not many stones. Compared to other beaches it is not very expensive or crowded even on the weekends. We payed 20€ for two sunbeds and umbrella. You can bring your own food and water but you can also buy from the bar. There are a few problems though. The music at the bar is very loud and you can barely hear what others are saying and there are many, many water springs around the sea and under the sea that where very cold. In the morning this wasn't a big problem unless you were right above a spring but later, besides the place where the water is not deep almost everywhere was...

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT leave windows cracked not safe for tourists or in general.. our rental car was broken into my wedding ring was stolen out of our car along with our cash we had left i am completely devastated that they took my ring could careless about the cash but the sentimental value of my rings….

was a nice spot for swimming just be vigilant of belongings keep windows and door locked and don’t bring anything you don’t want stolen

if anyone try’s to pawn or sell it this is what it looks like and police have been made notified with photos and it is missing one tiny stone on...
