If you're looking for the best beach in Corfu, look no further! This beach has it all—stunningly soft, sandy shores and crystal-clear waters that are perfect for a refreshing dip. The atmosphere here is pure relaxation with an added touch of fun, thanks to an awesome beach bar that really elevates the experience.
The sunbeds are available for €15, which is reasonable given the quality of the location. However, they can be few and far between, so there's a chance you might not get one if you don't arrive early. Despite that, the beach itself is so lovely that it’s worth the visit even if you have to lay your towel directly on the sand.
One of the standout features of this beach is the DJ at the bar, who was one of the best I've ever heard. The music added the perfect vibe to the whole day. To top it off, I enjoyed an amazing margarita and some delicious focaccia bread. The food did take a bit of time to prepare, but honestly, with such a beautiful setting and great tunes, I wasn’t in any rush and didn’t mind the wait at all.
If you're driving to this beach, just be aware that the road leading there is a bit bumpy, so take your time. Also, a word of caution—do not drive on the sand! I saw several cars get their wheels buried, and it looked like a nightmare to get them out.
In short, this beach offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, great amenities, and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. It's a must-visit if you’re...

Sunsets are magnificent on the west coast of Corfu and Halikounas is most probably one of the best beaches to view them from as this is not a densely...
Read moreOne of many sandy beaches on Corfu, but not one I would make the effort to go again! We went because I wanted to at least see it but ended up spending less than 20 minutes there.
The road to get there is very bumpy and rocky, I was worried about our rental car, luckily we had no issue on that part of the road. When we parked at the. Very start of the beach, the road was impassable on a small car due to the sand, when we tried leaving we were a bit stuck in the sand and some visitors helped push the car to get traction.
The beach was full of seeds/carcasses of olive trees, it's not clear or clean, it has a nice path along the waterside to walk along but that is all...
