Buyers Beware, the park's policy is that of Zero refunds and misleading advertising. The park personnel are completely inflexible on the weight limit restrictions. I weighed 15kg over the maximum of 120kg, and was completely denied access to any of the water park slides. I subsequently asked to ride in a two seater ride, with a maximum weight of 180, and was again told that we were not allowed, with just 5kg over the limit. I was also denied access to all but the ground level slides with my 2.5year old son, and after I had entered a slide which was left unsupervised by staff, I was turned away on the second go around, because "I couldn't go in there" as they stated. When prompted for a possible workaround, I was met with a cold "It's right there on the ticket you bought online, there's nothing we can do" This is true only After the initial sales pitch, and only on the screen where the payment is processed. Be mindful if you're buying a ticket if you're of a heftier size. I'm sure it's a great time otherwise, I wouldn't know, I was not allowed to partake in any activities.
