Not cooked food, even when we visited during school holidays. No healthy options in the menu, just the fast food junk options, not acceptable for a zoo. And finally, no sustainability in packaging, everything goes to rubbish. One use plates, plastic glasses.

The servers were very rude!! Astonished at the rudeness that we have encountered! Shouting at the customers as they stated they are stressed and very busy! Upon asking for some sauces the lady at the counter threw them at us! We have visited today the 21st April...

For a zoo cafe this was pretty nice, really good for a cafe in the middle of a zoo. There is not much the say, it was nice, fine food and nice people. We had some gyros and a drink for like €5-6 the person. So nothing to go wrong with
