Dear Team at La Pasteria,

I hope this message finds you well.

As requested, I am sharing my recent experience at your restaurant in the Designer Outlet of Athens, where I visited with my 8-year-old child. While I had high expectations given the ambiance and reputation of your establishment, I must admit that our experience was disappointing.

Here are the key issues we encountered during our visit:

1.Customer Service: The staff lacked attentiveness and professionalism. There was no eye contact or welcoming gestures, which left us feeling unacknowledged. It took over 3 minutes of raising our hands to catch the attention of a waiter, which felt unnecessarily long.

2.Delays in Service: The wait time for our order was excessive. Waiting 45 minutes for a pasta dish is far from acceptable, especially for a family with a young child. Food Quality:

3.The salad was underwhelming, with the bacon overcooked to the point of being unpleasant. Despite mentioning this to the waiter, no corrective action was taken. The pasta was also overcooked and lacked flavor, failing to meet the standards expected from an Italian restaurant.

4.Team Attitude: The staff did not exhibit a customer-friendly attitude. Our concerns were brushed off, and there was no effort to address our dissatisfaction.

Based on this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend your restaurant to others. There is significant room for improvement in both service and food quality to align with the expectations of your customers.

I hope you will take this feedback constructively and work towards enhancing your team's professionalism, improving the quality of your dishes, and delivering a better dining experience for future guests.

In google maps it’s written that this place is opened from 12:30. At 12:40 we entered and the waiter said they are opened from 13:00. Okay, we decided to wait outside. As it’s very hot in the sun, we decided to hide in shadow on this restaurant’s terrace. We took a seat on their terrace (there are lots of unoccupied tables and chairs). Even a minute hasn’t passed when the waiter came to us and said it’s closed. I said: “I understand but we want to eat at your restaurant and we will wait here for your opening”. She said it’s forbidden even to seat there and basically drove us out. Place totally client unoriented and rude. I don’t understand how people sitting outside and waiting for the restaurant to open can bother a waiter. Now I don’t even want to try food there. We will go to...

Ενα και είναι πολύ ειναι για Τον ΜΕΤΡ που έχετε βάλει εκεί και μάλιστα να τον χαίρεστε και κανονίζει τα τραπεζάκια. Η μεγαλύτερη ασχετοσύνη που έχω δει ποτέ μου σε τέτοιους χώρους. Πήγαμε εκεί μέρες Χριστουγέννων 2 ζευγαρια. Εμείς με τον μικρό μας 1 έτους και το άλλο ζευγάρι η κοπέλα 7 μηνών έγκυος. Ρωτάμε για τραπέζι και μας λέει ο Κύριος ΜΕΤΡ περίπου σε 45' ΟΚ λεμε και φεύγουμε για μια βόλτα στα μαγαζιά. Επιστρέφουμε μετά από 30' και ρωτάμε για το τραπέζι.... ΟΧΙ μόνο δε μας έβαλε μέσα αλλά μας λέει, φώναξα τ'ονομα σας και δε ήσασταν εδώ. (φώναξε τ' όνομα μας μέσα από το μαγαζί στο σημείο που καθόταν και έχεις την απαίτηση να είμαστε εκεί και εκτός αυτού ν'ακουσουμε δεν βγήκε καν έξω, εκεί που καθόμασταν όλοι οι άλλοι αφού δεν είχε χώρο μέσα.)

Ακούμε φίλε μου ΑΣΧΕΤΕ επειδή έχω ΚΑΝΕΙ ΜΕΤΡ σε μεγάλα μαγαζιά με 4.000 κόσμο και εκατοντάδες ρεζερβε, άκου πως έχει....

Πάντα δίνεις προτεραιότητα σε παιδιά και φυσικά σε έγκυος γυναίκες. Δεύτερον όταν λες σε κάποιους 45 λεπτα δε γίνεται να κάθομαι μέσα στο κρύο μέχρι εσένα να σου έρθει εσένα η όρεξη 45' με το παιδί 1 έτους και να κάτσει το τραπέζι για το τι θα κάνεις... Κρατάς τα ονόματα, έχουμε έρθει σε 30' δλδ 15 λεπτά πιο νωρίς απ'τον καθορισμένο χρόνο που έχει δώσει ΑΣΧΕΤΕ γιατί πρέπει να είσαι ΑΣΧΕΤΟΣ για να δουλεύεις έτσι.. Και με την πρώτη ευκαιρία δίνεις προτεραιότητα σε αυτούς που έχουν σειρά.....

Ετσι κάνεις και με ΟΛΟΥΣ τους υπόλοιπους πελάτες, σιγά σιγά μήπως και καταφέρεις να μάθεις κάποια στιγμή.

ΌΧΙ σβήνεις τ' όνομα, φωνάζεις απ'το σημείο που είσαι και κάθεσαι και περιμένεις να σου απαντήσουν φαντάσματα...... και φυσικά το έκανες ΜΕ ΟΛΟ ΤΟΝ ΚΟΣΜΟ ΕΚΕΙ γιατι το ακούγαμε.

ΚΑΙ ΤΕΛΟΣ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ ΚΑΙ ΜΙΑ ΚΟΠΕΛΑ ΠΟΥ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΕΓΚΥΟΣ..... Ε Γ Κ Υ Ο Σ καταλαβαίνεις τι θα πει????????? Εάν όχι πες σε κάποιον να σου μάθει τρόπους και φυσικά να σου μάθει πως δουλεύουν.....!!
