La Roca Beach Bar — Attraction in Paggaio Municipality

My stay at La Roca Bar was absolutely incredible! I spent 3 weeks there with my three kids, and we all had the time of our lives – it truly felt like paradise. From the very first day we felt completely at home. The staff and the owners are simply amazing – not just polite and friendly, but genuinely kind people who quickly became real friends. They helped me with so many things during my stay and always went the extra mile with a smile. The beach is super clean, the water is crystal clear, and the toilets are kept spotless as they are cleaned continuously – which made a huge difference for families like ours.The prices are unbelievably affordable – especially for someone like me who lives in Germany, everything felt so much cheaper without compromising quality at all. The atmosphere is fantastic – right on the beach, with great music, refreshing drinks, and lots of positive energy all around. For us, La Roca Bar is not just a place anymore, it’s a memory of friendship, warmth, and hospitality that you rarely find. We became so close that I honestly feel like part of their family. The best beach bar at Amolofi. Excellent for families, young, old, couples, singles, just for everyone.

You can see my review from the last year above. Unfortunately, in 2024, I can't support it! The old beach bar was destroyed as well as the car parking, it was moved hundred meters left, actually on better place, but it was the only pros. Now you park your car under the sun, without any shadows, there is construction works on the entrance, it was not cleaned the burned previous bar place, but the prices are luxury- 30 euro for two beds and umbrella on first line, 20 euro on the second, and this without the mandatory consumption. The service is awful. Very young girls, collected from the school, don't know what the bar offers, neither the prices. Been there this morning, 2 families and our friends booked 2 umbrellas and sunbeds for all of us and paid them by the time we arrived (half hour later). We waited more than an hour to order 3 drinks, bar being less than 1/3 booked. To pay for the drinks was really an adventure, check came with the fee for the umbrella that was already paid and when we mentioned that to the guy that took the money for both umbrellas, he had the audacity to say that ours wasn't pay. In the end he admitted he took the money for both umbrellas and we paid only the drinks.

Nothing spectacular there, it's in the middle of nowhere, prices are higher than in other places, slow service, unfriendly stuff.
