We’ve been coming to this beach every year, but unfortunately, this year was terrible. When we arrived around 11 a.m., it was almost empty — and after a few hours, I understood why.
The service is a complete disaster. The staff were rude and unfriendly. When we tried to order, we had to call them multiple times, but they just stood around looking for a place to sit or playing on their phones. Ordering food and drinks was a painful process — we sometimes waited up to an hour, practically begging for someone to take our order. On a few occasions, we had to repeat our order twice just to get something. It felt like the staff only cared about serving their friends.
I’m really disappointed because I’ve always liked this place. It desperately needs new management and friendly, professional staff who actually care about its success. As I always say: if you don’t like your job, go and educate yourself to find one you do like!
This holiday, we won’t be coming back here — but I truly hope that next year, there will be changes. The beach, bar, and DJ are amazing, and with the right team, this place could be...
Read moreParadise beach is totally different than previous years!!!! We have been there today, I am totally disappointed. The attitude with the foreigners is different from the Greeks. They are lying with the prices. In the morning when we arrived and asked for the prices, they pretended to not speak English well. Suddenly in the afternoon they started speaking perfectly, when they told us to pay double comparing to the information we got in the morning. The sunbeds are 10 eur all- wooden and simple. The consumption was 20eur for the wooden sunbeds and no certain consumption for the simple sunbeds. Suddenly in the afternoon it was 20eur for the simple one and 50 eur for the wooden one, the first line became 100 eur.... The sunbeds were dirty, the menu is awful, you have to chose between 5 drinks, most of them were with prices 8-10 eur for one simple drink, they have almost nothing as food. I will not visit it again for sure, please pay attention to the personal, because they are trying to trick the tourist, with their lack of skills in English, but at the end, when the bill arrive, they start...
Read moreParadise Beach Bar in Ammolofi, near Kavala, is simply fantastic. There’s a spacious, shaded, and free parking area, and entry to the beach itself is also free – you only pay for the umbrella and sunbeds at very reasonable rates. The closer you are to the water, the higher the price, and there’s a minimum consumption that varies accordingly. We personally prefer the quieter spots further back, as the music – energetic club beats all day long – can get quite loud near the front.
The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear turquoise water, making it perfect for both families and young people. The décor and setup are gorgeous – palm trees, cacti, and stylish touches that create a true beach club vibe. It’s also a dream spot for Instagram lovers, with plenty of photo opportunities all around.
The service is outstanding – the staff are warm, welcoming, and go out of their way to fulfill any special requests, always with a smile. Prices are in line with what you’d expect from a beach club, slightly on the higher side, but still fair for the quality...
