The beach is one of most beatiful in Lefkada. It is mix between pebble and sand. The road going to it is narrow and closed to the parking is partly not good. There are three options for parking. The first option is to park for free on side of the road 100m before reaching the first parking lot Second option is to park at the first parking on the left on the road, 7 euro entire day. Third option is to park at Kavalikefta parking at the end of the road. If you park on the road or at second parking lot you should go at the beach walking through the path on the left side. The path is 220m long with ascent 25meters and there are two places with big stones, you need to be careful there. The path can be performed in 7 minutes. In my opinion the Kavalikefta beach is more beautiful with large rocks but it is crowdy as it is small. You can stay with your own parasole in both beaches. Both beaches has some sunbeds. The only beach bar is at Kavalikefta. Left side beach is longer...

...however...
The road to reach it is utterly, undeniably horrible. There are giant potholes all over it, and it's also very narrow. In many areas of it, two cars cannot pass each other, no way. Prepare to drive in reverse uphill, move to the very edge of a cliff, tuck in your rearview mirrors, etc. You'll need a bit of driving skill, and a lot of nerves. The cars parked on the side don't help one bit. Roads all over Lefkada are crappy, and this area is the best example. PLEASE fix your roads, Greece. Oh... and send some policemen to write tickets for improper parking, this is just ridiculous.
To sum it up, in order to reach HEAVEN you have to go through HELL. It's...

I will say that you have to be a good driver. and you must have a raised car. lowered cars do not pass. very bad road. the road itself is narrow. two family cars cannot pass each other. but if you drive an aigo and some small car passes by. there are a lot of turns and slopes. you have a parking lot next to the beach itself, which costs 5-10E depending on where. the same problem is with the neighboring beach, where the roads diverge at one point. there is no natural shade on the beach, so bring umbrellas, which applies to all beaches...
