Yesterday evening we enjoyed an amazing wine tour and tasting at the Parissis Winery. Set high up in the hills of skiathos where the views are stunning you will experience fabulous wines that are only sold on the island. The evening started with a lovely welcome from Maria and her family before being shown to your table. You will then head off to begin the tour. This starts outside in the small vineyard before you head downstairs where Maria explains how their wines are produced. Once the tour is finished you then make your way back to your table to begin the tasting. We booked the Premium Tasting which meant we got to enjoy 6 glasses of their fabulous wines plus a surprise wine at the end. The wines are enjoyed with a delicious selection of snacks and at just €40 we found to be excellent value for money. Maria and her family really do their very best in looking after you and will answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend a visit to this winery which is the only one in Skiathos and if you see any of their wines on a wine list in any restaurant I would certainly advise you try them. Thank You Maria and your family for a wonderful evening and hope to visit you again soon.

NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE! We hired a car and could not drive up the very steep road, we were told the car would make it in first gear but it’s very very steep and bumpy and the car couldn’t do it - maybe okay on a quad? We then went and parked by a church (platanos restaurant) and walked up, however my grandmother is in her 80s and it’s a lot of very steep steps she nearly couldn’t do it and they need a railing as she slipped sometimes. When we eventually got to the top we were late and sat down to the tasting, which was really nice, the snacks were lovely and the views were amazing, because it was so difficult getting there we didn’t enjoy it as much as we should have. We weren’t offered a tour and when I asked she said it was only at 12.30 and 3.30 but then another group got one after us so I don’t know, it was a bit disappointing not to get the tour. Views are stunning but I’d only recommend going in a taxi or to walk up the steps if you’re physically fit :)

I recently visited Parissis in Skiathos, and it was an absolute gem! The views were simply breathtaking—imagine rolling vineyards with the backdrop of the Aegean Sea and lush, green hills. It felt like a slice of paradise. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. They were eager to share their knowledge about the wine-making process and the unique characteristics of their wines. We got to taste some fantastic wines, each with its own story and distinct flavor profile. The vineyard tour was relaxed and informative, with plenty of opportunities to take in the scenery and snap some gorgeous photos. If you're in Skiathos, this vineyard is a must-visit for the views, the wine, and the warm hospitality.

We went for the tasting 04/09/2022 for the 1330 sitting. We were welcomed by the host Maria and asked if we were happy to share our tasting table with another guest, which we were more than happy to do. Starting with a small walk and informative talk then on to a brief production line tour. We then were seated for what was a fun afternoon of sampling the products along with a variety of nibbles. It was lovely to see a genuine family business at work including Maria’s daughter, who kept us topped up with water on what was a glorious hot day. As for sharing a table, it was great to sit and chat with J—y from Georgia USA and while away the afternoon. All in all I would highly recommend the tour.

We had a fantastic time at Parissis! Maria and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a tour of the nearby vines and the production area and Maria was very knowledgeable when it comes to making wine! We did the premium tasting package (why wouldn’t you if you are going all that way 🤷♂️) and it was delicious with some great wines, nice snacky food and lovely views from the terrace. FYI it’s not an easy place to get to, some steep hills so taxi is best, obviously don’t drive so you can enjoy lots of wine! We loved Parissis, highly recommended for anybody who likes food and drink 👌

The perfect match beteeen wine and view! We experienced the wine tasting tour that worth both the money and the time. The view is amasing and the location is a modern one. The tour was insightful and was completed with the wine tasting. The owners were frendly and very well prepared, they provided us interesting info regarding Greek wine industry. The whole experience lasted for about 2 hours (tour and wine tasting). It is possible to have a glass of wine/ buy a bottle of local wine at the location. Trying Parissis' Wines was a delightful travel between Greek wine varieties!
