The first thing that stands out about this restaurant is the amazing view that it has to offer: set in the tree-laden hills, overlooking the town of Skiathos and the Aegean Sea. The menu offers a good choice of meals, the food served is very flavoursome and the price is reasonable and what one would expect from a beautifully located restaurant. The staff are friendly and courteous although - going off past experience - I’m not altogether sure that they welcome the presence of children. Yes, they offer a “kid’s” menu but I somehow get the feeling that they would prefer to cater just for adults. That said, this is only my opinion going off previous experience at the restaurant and others may find their own experience to be totally different. One other thing that is a (minor) niggle and probably just a one off, is that the waiter took away empty plates whilst I was still eating. As I have alluded to, this is a minor concern but one that makes me feel a little uneasy when I am trying to enjoy my meal yet feel pressured to finish. All-in-all (and despite the couple of criticisms) we do enjoy eating at this restaurant and will continue to visit in the future As such, I would recommend this eatery but maybe only for people without children.

The restaurant has very nice view from the terrace which we have really enjoyed. We have ordered salmon, souvlaki and salad. Salmoj and souvlaki were great. Salad was for my mum, as she has coeliac disease and has to be on gluten free diet - therefore we were chosing something gluten free from menu and one of the salads looked like a good option. However, while eating my mum realized that there are croutons in it (dispite the fact that in menu it was not stated). We have highligted it to the staff and expected reaction was at least an apology - we got nothing and it was really dissapointing. A result of this visit was that my mum had bad spasms for the rest of the day, just because they forgot to state in the menu that croutons are in the salad. EDIT: Restaurat asked me to delete a review as they say that in menu is stated that croutons are in Cretan salad. It is stated there, but only in Greek version of menu, not in English one (admitted also by one of the staff members) and visible on the picture..

Excellent in every single way. It is the highest altitude restaurant in Skiathos. The view there is more than perfect. You can dine and enjoy watching the boats coming in the port of Skiathos. The airplanes taking off. And a fantastic panoramic view of the whole town. Even the islands near by. Everything we tried was exceptionally good. Most places with this amazing view, serve you mostly the view and the food is usually nothing to brag about. Not in this place. Everything we tried from the fresh salad with the sweetest mellon i have ever eaten. To the lamp and the pork stake, which is bigger that half of the table and juicy as hell. I can't explain how perfectly this pork stake has been grilled. Definitely the best in the island. Maybe the best i ever had ever. And the service was fast and second to none. You can even try the famous Parissis wine there. Which is locally made. You should definitely pay a visit.

I've been coming to Greece since my childhood, but I've never experienced such impatient and unwelcoming service before. Although it's still the beginning of the season, the waiter clearly seemed fed up with tourists.

The view from the restaurant is stunning, the menu selection is average, and the food was tasty—except for the Greek salad and the fries, which weren’t fresh. There were five of us, and my main course not arrived. When we politely mentioned this, the waiter lectured us, saying he repeated the order three times and we didn’t point out that something was missing.

I honestly don’t understand what the point of such behavior is. Whether it was my mistake or his, a true host should never act this way. As I mentioned, I’ve never encountered anything like this—neither here in Skiathos nor anywhere else in the country.

Despite the high prices, even the small gestures that are never left out in other Greek restaurants were missing—like a little dessert or some fruit with the bill. Of course, this isn’t mandatory, just a nice touch, so I don’t hold that against them.

Our accommodation is close to the restaurant, and we’re staying for two weeks. We were happy to have a nearby place we could visit in the evenings. Well, we certainly won’t be coming back. We’d rather drive into town—it’s...

This is the only time I ate so bad in Greece. We ordered eggplant filled with feta and pepper, I received a pepper. That is not a problem but it was not good, it was pickled. Then, I was looking forward for my stuffed tomato and peppers, after 40 mins of waiting I received again pickled, or just sour, tomato and pepper filled with al dente rice (or uncooked). My partner ordered fish fillet which was very salty and with cold veggies. The only thing good was the view, which is indeed incredible. We left hungry and upset.

L.E. as a response to the owner. Thank you for taking time to respond to this. We are not accustomed with having quarrels at restaurants, what were we supposed to say...your food is too salty and the rice is unboiled?

The waiter saw that we called for check immediately after tasting the dishes and that we barely ate something and he did not asked a thing.

We understand your experience with the restaurant and we respect it, however this is not the first time we eat those dishes at a restaurant in Greece, or in Skiathos /Skopelos, and our expectations were not met.

Your future clients will read all the reviews and they will take their own decisions. I would not worry about a bad review if I would be confident with what I provide (food,...
