Pretty beach but not as nice as it's neighbour. It's certainly better to come here though if you have kids or can't walk too far. There are steps on the way down to the beach that are fine but if you have trouble getting up and down stairs is something to note. Park before the STOP sign on the left in the car park of the restaurant (which opens on May 20th for the season). Not a lot of shade so come early and try to grab the spot under the tree on the right of the steps before anyone else. Of course this spot will be the most busy when it's hot so be prepared. Bring a couple of large bottles of water to the beach if you're going to stay more than a couple of hours and its not peak season yet.

Nice beach, beautiful and green! Little free area for your own umbrella though. Sun sets earlier here because of the hills the beach is surrounded with. We arrived at 5:30 in the afternoon and were asked to pay full price for the sunbeds and the umbrella ( €12 per set ), the beach was literally empty at that time, they should have offered at least a discount you would think …there is no bathroom and recycle bins. Parking is full and is reasonable walking distance away from the beach.

A gorgeous beach, easy access from the bus station and the scooter parking is even closer. The beach partially has sand and pebbles but in the water it’s mostly pebbles or rocks. Even in the afternoon, the beach’s not too crowded. They have a very convenient beach bar where you can rent a beach lounge chair at a very affordable price: 10€ for two loungers and an umbrella. Don’t hesitate to come early because the water’s beautifully still.

Stafilos is not the most beautiful beach on the island but it is the most convenient one. For a couple of such reasons and I rated it with 5 stars! It located app 500 m from Stafilos - Skopelos main road and it’s accessible on foot from the bus stop. Stafilos is only 4 Klms from Skopelos port. This beach is also best choice in case of north winds, since it is well protected (on the contrary of more popular beaches like Milia). At an case you have to be prepared for “aerobic walking” of app 500 m on the way back since road is quite steep. When you visit Stafilos beach you have either the choice of paid sunbeds and umbrellas (ie 7 € per umbrella) or free space for your own swimming accessories. Last but not least, it’s a sandy beach and water...

The sea itself is absolutely stunning – crystal-clear water, rocky cliffs perfect for snorkeling, and even a small island just off the beach that adds to the charm. Nature here truly shines.

However, this is a sincere shout-out to the local community: please clean up the beach. While the natural surroundings are incredible, the beach area is unfortunately quite dirty and disorganized. There are leftover building materials scattered around, cables hanging from old wooden poles that look ready to collapse, and various random items left behind.

This place has so much potential, and with just a bit of care and maintenance, it could easily become one of the most beautiful and inviting spots...
