Regency Casino Thessaloniki — Attraction in Thermi Municipality

March 2023: I arrived and had to get a card. When I arrived, five attendants of the five lines had one person at each line and I was the only person waiting. All of a sudden, about 20-30 people showed up and though I was clearly waiting about five to ten minutes all to myself for the next attendant, I was completely ignored by the next available attendant even though I went directly to her and told her I was next in line. The only male attendant took another person who came after me. In all, about 20 people were helped before I was finished getting my card. Every attempt to speak to the General Manager was ignored and not a single person there would give me their name or a business card. To make matters worse, many people who cut in front of me were laughing at me in my misery of their cutting in line in front of me.... imagine!! All staff and management at the Regency Casino Thessaloniki ignored and perhaps encouraged every bit of this. Then the head of security says, "don't worry, we have video of everything..." like that is going to assist me when I am the one traumatized, ignored, and laughed at by those cutting in line in front of me, all allowed by those in charge. He even got in my face when I would not stop asking for the GM, trying to intimidate me. When I did discuss this with a woman who offered to compensate me with dinner (I had already eaten), I told her I wanted to speak to the General Manager and she told me I would be found to be spoken to. I gambled at the black jack table for about 90 minutes... no GM. Therefore, On the way out, I again spoke with that same woman who again refused to give me her name and who referred me to another person, a man. I was speaking to him and he said, "whatever..." I was still being ignored despite all that happened. Finally some man shows up, again no business card and a name like "Elias" but no last name, stating it is against the law, and that he is not even the GM and that the GM is not even at the Casino that day!! Such a farce. This was three days ago now and I gave "Elias", who could have been the janitor for all I know, my business card for the GM to contact me to discuss this mistreatment and trauma by his staff, management and other customers at my expense just because I am a tourist from another country. Further, I rented an electric car for my almost one-month stay in Greece, and the security guard driving a golf cart told me that the five or so EV chargers that are chained off, just as are the disabled parking spots, were "broken". As a person with a disabled placard and in need of an EV charge, before playing, I was told they were in fact operational. Misrepresentations everywhere at the Regency Casino Thessaloniki, where no one has names, where the head of security intimidates, and staff treat tourists like me very differently, and the customers who are favored laugh... all while the management does...

Interesting Experience at Regency Casino Thessaloniki

The casino overall is a very nice place — clean, well-organized, and with a classy atmosphere. It’s one of the better entertainment spots in Thessaloniki for an evening out.

However, I had a mixed experience at the Texas Hold'em tables. Unfortunately, players are not allowed to view their hole cards in the usual way, which takes away from the authentic feel of the game. It’s a bit disappointing for poker enthusiasts expecting a standard playing format.

Additionally, the bar service could be improved. The staff was polite but a bit slow, and the drink selection and availability weren’t great.

Still, if you're looking for a fun night out and enjoy a lively casino setting, it’s worth visiting — just manage your expectations if you're going for the...

Μην κάνετε το λάθος και πάτε ούτε από έξω μην περνάτε το φαγητό τους άθλιο έχω πάθει και δηλητηρίαση στο εξωτερικό εστιατόριο του κήπου και έτρεχα στο Διαβαλκανικό για Ορό όλο οι ίδιοι Άρρωστη γέροι και γριές πάνε που δεν έχουν να χάσουν τίποτε και τελειώνουν σε αυτό το αισχρό άθλιο καταραμένο καζίνο . Το έχω κάνει για πάντα δήλωση δεν το δεχόταν στην Αρχή .η απατεώνες υπάλληλοι εκει μέσα. Πήγα σήμερα 03.07.2024 να δω αν είμαι ανεπιθύμητος για αυτός και πέραν τους έξι μήνες που έκανα τη δήλωση και με ενημέρωσαν ότι έχουν μπλοκάρει την μαύρη κάρτα που είχα και πλέον δεν μπορώ να ξαναμπώ ποτέ σε αυτό το άθλιο και καταραμένο καζίνο . Φυσικά τούς ευχαρίστησα για αυτό το τζακ -ποτ που με έδωσαν με δυσκολία βέβαια το δέχθηκαν με πολύ βρίσιμο και κατάρες προς όλους εκεί μέσα καταραμένο να είναι γλίτωσα για τα,επόμενα χρόνια αυτό το καταραμένο καζίνο τελείωσε για,μένα ΣΤΗΣ 04.01.2024 πολύ κακή εμπειρία μακριά ούτε από έξω μην περνάτε. Όλοι εκεί μέσα που με κλέψανε όλα τα χρόνια από καρκίνο στον εγκέφαλο και στο παχύ έντερο να ψοφάνε ούστ ούτε από 100 km ( μακριά) δεν περνάω από αυτό το καταραμένο καζίνο που λέγεται Hyatt Regensi...
