First the things we did not like: Unfortunately the waterfall was out of service for the entire time we were there. Hopefully back in action next time.. Secondly the chef has changed and the lovely mushroom risotto as well as Linguine with prawns I think it was disappeared from the menu. The alternatives are less good, much smaller in size and not as satisfying. I am a veggitatian who sometimes eats fish and there really was not much choice for me, sadly. On the bright side, our waitress Stella was extraordinary in her service and really nice to us and we really enjoyed talking to her. It was late and the restaurant was nearly empty so she had time. Anyway, we will always return to the Hyatt and to Ambrosia, at the moment not for the food, but for the entire beautiful experience and amazing staff such as Stella. See...
