Read reviews about this place and wasn't confident it'd be a positive experience. My, was I wrong. After a disappointing day being let down with another booking, I thought I might try and salvage the day and take the kids here for the evening. We arrived at opening time at 5:00pm and paid a discounted price at our hotel, we were allowed straight in with wrist bands. My daughter is just below 120cm so I was worried she wouldn't be able to go on many rides, she probably had the most fun out of all of us. Height restrictions are to be expected to comply with health and safety so it was 100% understandable. I read previously that the staff weren't too accommodating or friendly, we experienced the complete opposite, greeted with smiles and politeness with each ride. The prices of food and other games were brilliant. We enjoyed a game of bowling, we originally paid for three games, but one was enough so we gave the other two tickets to another family. We ate at the restaurant too, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed milkshakes. It started getting busier towards the evening, but still spacious enough to have confidence for my 10 year old to go off on his own for the bigger rides while I entertained his sister. It really was a fantastic end, and a high point to our entire holiday.

The amusement section isn't as big as it looks so we bought way too many pinta needed for a family of four. We got 200 pinta and ended up giving 60+pinta to someone from our resort who had another week to go. Rides are 4-5 pinta each and with about 5/6 rides 8&9 year old kids wanted to do we ended up going two times to try use them up! Bowling arcade is cheaper and quieter before 8pm and good fun. All the other arcade machine are €1 to €2 a pop. We didn't eat here so can't comment on that. Upstairs has a good soft play section. 15 pinta for an hours play per child. Kids enjoyed that even at their age. Staff were friendly. Los torros ride is hilarious but warning wear long shorts not a dress etc as it will kill your thighs because your legs stick to the material and then it rocks so it pulls against your inner leg skin and bloody hurts! Toilets were very clean and presented well which was nice because I hate using public toilets! In all a good night out for the kids. We arrived about 8pm and got back to our resort at 1am.

Seems to be a nice place, and still quite bustling despite of the pandemic - at least on the weekends.😉 There's the leisure park which has an entrance fee of 10,90€ for adults and 14,90€ for children. We didn't go in but looked at it from the rooftop terrace and there are quite a few rides (rollercoaster, free fall tower, bumper cars, bull riding, carousels...). It looks definitely fun!!🤩 In the same complex on the rooftop there's also a whole bunch of restaurants (Japanese, Mexican, American, one vegetarian/vegan place...) and several bars one if which even with live music. There's also a big sports bar with bowling, pool, darts etc. on the ground floor when you enter the complex. All these places can be accessed without paying the entrance fee for the leisure park. We only had a stroll around but it definitely looks like a place that we're gonna return to for an afternoon/evening out!!! 👍

27/07/20 @ Holiday World Maspalomas Our last day in Gran Canaria :( We went to Holiday World to end our vacation in Gran Canaria. In this vacation we wanted to enter the park, although it's a lot for young kids/people. We were very late, around 00:30 and the park was only open until 01:30 I guess.. The woman behind the desk told us that it was too late to enter the park. But after we told her that it's our last day and we really want to end this vacation with a bit of fun and silliness (haha), she let us in! And gave us discount for the one hour we've left. She made us happy and thanked her alot! So the staff was very friendly and kind and tried to understand us. We went on a 4D ride, the rollercoaster and on the 'Rueda'. As adults we had so much fun and laughter that we definitely recommend to come here again soon! Thank you Holiday World and see you soon! Greetings from Hollanda ♡

Avoid at all costs it’s a big scam , money grabbing. Told us are son would be able to get on to rides and show a 119cm and they even show a 0.9m height icon when your purchasing your tickets witch we asked about and the girl said yes he can go on the rides. Once we paid 60 euro half the rides were shut and the rest was 1.2 - 1.3m which we was refused to go on. Now we wasn’t even in their 3 minutes and didn’t use anything so we left and asked for a refund and they said this is impossible and was laughed at. Then someone came over who called him self “ the boss “ who then said he run this place over 1000 people come in here we cannot give refunds. I asked for his name and he just walked off from me saying speak to the government if you have a problem. Avoid at all costs big scam for kids and your pockets.

A pretty cheap amusement park, the kids loved it and the rides are very affordable. We spent €20 on tickets and two kids went on everything. The rides vary from children's stuff to more teenager adrenaline rides like the rollercoaster and flipping arm thing that was very intense. Inside there's lots of games again for all ages, vleverythonf is a euro and there's also a casino and bowling alley. You'll find 2 great tasting 'American' diners inside that does everything from kebabs to pizzas & fish. Upstairs there's a soft play area for younger sister which you can book out for an hour. All in all a great place to take the family, please note I took these photos 5 minutes after opening - it got a lot busier within the hour and the park looks even better once it gets dark and the lights come on. :)
