Nein, das ist euer Problem, es geht einfach nicht. Ich war genau zweimal da, das erste und das letzte Mal. No hay Bundesliga, a menos que esté en DAZN. Bonito lugar, bonita mesa de ping-pong, aunque en un rincón descuidado (pegajoso y mucho polvo en el techo por encima del banco de espectadores) ¿Por qué sólo dos estrellas? Servicio subterráneo, grosero, incompetente, torpe. El lugar se lleva cuatro estrellas, el resto una. Ah, sí, media hora antes del partido pregunté: ¿Podemos ver la Bundesliga? Sí, no hay problema, ¿qué partido? Pero luego no pudimos. No es que se comprobara enseguida, sino cuando empezó el partido. ¿Algún sentimiento de vergüenza o pudor? Came here on a sunday afternoon to watch a liverpool match (we are from liverpool) and was glad we did. Big main screen plus atleast 10 other smaller screens around. Nice cool modern bar which is reasonably priced. Staff were 10/10 really they are so nice and friendly and never leave you with an empty glass. You can grab takeaway food from mr kale next door and eat inside the sports bar they encourage it, smash burger was amazing! We didnt do games but plenty available pool, darts etc. We went to holiday world park straight after which was also great. Family of four with two kids 7 and 3 great day...

Un lugar al que sin duda NUNCA MÁS IRÉ. El trato al cliente miserable y degradante por parte de un camarero que había en el local. Al pedirle un agua y una cerveza sin alcohol , me pone una que si tenia alcohol y le pido que por favor la cambie , ya que no puedo beber alcohol. Este me responde que que hace entonces con la que ya está abierta con un tono chulezco. Le digo que habrá sido un mal entendido pero el se niega a cobrarme , retirándome la cerveza y el agua y diciéndome que entonces “adios”. Preguntándole que por qué me tiene que tratar así y que el trato esta siendo muy malo, pero este me responde que ellos tienen derecho de admisión y que se niega a atenderme más. Acto seguido le pido la hoja de reclamaciones y le pido que por favor me facilite un bolígrafo y me dice que me busque la vida… Al conseguirlo , me doy cuenta de que la hoja está llena de humedad y le pido que por favor me de otra, a lo que se niega. He tenido que llamar a la policía local y que ellos me dieran una solución , que por supuesto , voy a llevar hasta el final. QUE LÁSTIMA que un sitio así tenga camareros tan desagradables y con un trato tan asqueroso. Espero que este camarero al menos , hoy se haya ido reflexionando sobre si le gusta o no su profesión , porque ha sido un momento muy incómodo.
