Very Highly Recommend, if you are looking for a perfect getaway with or without children it is a perfect holiday destination.Mr Sívó the Hotel Manager will make sure that you and your family will have an absolute an amazing memories and time. Everyone is the most kindest person starting from the reception, incredibly polite, helpful. The Hotel Restaurant is lead by Head Chef Mr. Péter Regös. The Restaurant food is represented the best of Hungarian Gastronomy with the hint of modern touch and you will experience the flavours what you have never experienced or if you are Hungarian it will remind you of the best of the best tasted food ever. Highly quality ingredients and most importantly exceptional teams of Chefs what we were experienced for three nights. Highly recommend to taste all the food, just a little from everything, every morning and evening the menu slightly changes so make sure you must try it until you can, start with the soup's. I have never experienced such a perfection gastronomy especially in a hotel where they catering for hundreds of people. Flawless and perfection is the simplest answer for the restaurant.

The Hotel Room is clean and very comfortable. The Aquaword is simply amazing, plenty of choice of pool and slide , sauna's.

We haven't tried any treatment but, I am sure it will be the highest quality.

The game room is simple but, good to visit.

We had to go for a walk after breakfast and dinner in the hotel park and it's simply beautiful, peaceful and great playground outdoor gym.

Load's of facilities and if you are visiting you don't need to go anywhere else as I doubt you will find better food in any restaurants.

The Hotel has everything and I can not remember the time I have had so much rest and an absolute full tummy.

Public transport is very good if you catch the right bus.

I had been recommended Aquaword from a primary school friend, she is in the Hotel industry and said that it's a must visit. Originally I wanted to book a Hotel by Margit Island to be in the heart of the city and they have swimming facilities but, although I am sure it would have been good as the location but, this hotel is not about location is about perfection and really truly having an amazing restful time.

It is expensive but, if you going to experience all of the things what the hotel is offering I am sure individually will be more expensive and the hotel is always have a great offer's.

That three day's stay was my Son Birthday present, and I am sure that he made many memories what he will remember forever in the Aquaword Hotel.

I have never visited a place where all absolutely every member of the hotel workers is happy. Honestly, everyone is under a great and caring management team what is clearly shown and I have tried to talk to many many team members, because I like to talk.

If you are looking for making load's of good memories and loving food please don't look elsewhere.

I am so grateful we have found the hotel. My Son is asked on our last day that when we will be back next?

I believe that say it all!

Mr Sívó and your Team, Thank you so so much for the most beautiful memories and the most relaxing time what we had in the Aquaword...

Complete waste of money, a huge rip-off! Never again!

This place was a massive disappointment, nowhere near what they advertise. Let’s start with the “hotel” Wi-Fi—it’s so weak you can’t even open an email, let alone browse the internet or stream a video. Because of this, I had to buy mobile data separately, which cost me 40 GB over 4 days.

The kids were running loudly outside our door early in the morning, and no one told them to quiet down—not the staff, not the parents. We had to ask twice for the room to be cleaned—and even then, it was superficial cleaning, with dusty corners and cobwebs.

The mini fridge is lukewarm and doesn’t cool anything. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable that our backs hurt in the morning. The room wasn’t dirty, but far from clean.

Bathing could have been the only good part—but only if it were empty. Unfortunately, it wasn’t! The bath area isn’t just for hotel guests; outsiders come in too. On the weekend, there were so many people that my little daughter couldn’t bathe for two days because it was crowded everywhere. And where there was space, the water was cold.

Meals: three meals a day are included, but you have to pay separately even for water! We didn’t get a single proper Hungarian dish. The food was tasteless, cheap quality, almost inedible. Sometimes they served pasta, but with no proper side dish or meat. No real Hungarian stew or dessert, just small trays of poor, flavorless food. Ridiculous selection, poor quality.

At the reception, you have to pay the full amount immediately—before you even see anything. Obviously, not a coincidence…

The area? No sidewalks, no shops nearby. You can’t walk anywhere; you have to call a taxi for everything. A sightseeing trip back and forth costs 20,000–25,000 HUF! That’s absurd.

The worst part is we paid more than 400,000 HUF for 4 days. The kid barely got to bathe, we had to order food from elsewhere or take a taxi to McDonald’s because the restaurant food was inedible.

What hurts the most: we thought we were coming home for a holiday—good pool experiences, tasty Hungarian food. Instead, we got an overcrowded, overpriced place with poor service, which can only be called a rip-off.

We will never come back here, and I don’t recommend...

My time spent at Budapest's Aquaworld bath unfortunately did not meet my expectations, especially considering the daily entrance fee of 9700 Hungarian Forints.

One of the biggest disappointments was the fact that the slides operated only periodically. There was only a chance to use the big slides every two hours, and then the smaller ones every two hours afterward. This restriction was based on the fact that there were not enough rubber rafts and staff. What's even more infuriating was the decision to brick up the lift previously available at the big slides in the name of cost efficiency. This made the experience extremely uncomfortable, as climbing three floors for a 30-second slide was far from worth it. (9700 HUF)

Additionally, only 3 out of the 6-8 saunas were operational, which was a joke. (9700 HUF)

The changing rooms and lockers were extremely dirty, and the pools themselves were not clean. (9700 HUF)

In the women's showers, the water temperature was always hot, regardless of whether it was set to cold or hot, forcing me to wash my hair again at home and rid myself of the chlorinated water. (9700 HUF)

Moreover, unfortunately, only the outdoor relaxation pool was open, and it was overcrowded as the indoor pool was cleaned throughout the day. In the afternoon, there were so many people that it was nearly impossible to move in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. (9700 HUF)

Furthermore, there was no toilet paper in the men's restroom, and the accessible toilet lacked a seat. (9700 HUF)

The restaurant's food was decent, but the 1250 HUF price for a half-liter tea was laughable. The entire meal cost me 15,000 HUF, including 2 servings of chicken with rice/potatoes, 1 small soup, 2 servings of cabbage, 1 cola, 1 tea, and 2 desserts, which was outrageously expensive.

Based on all these factors, I am certain that I will not visit this place again. The value for money falls far short of expectations and advertisements, and the minimal enjoyment from the bathing experience does not justify the time and money...

If you're an adrenaline junkie who's only looking for "the most adrenaline waterslides", this isn't for you. HOWEVER, if you're a family or just someone who wants to relax after a long day, this may be just the thing you're looking for. So, if you want to visit, I highly recommend buying tickets early! When I visited during summer holidays, some tickets online were already sold out days before, so plan ahead! For a relatively okay price (for an online daily ticket), you get multiple pools for children, a swimming pool, a few jacuzzis, and (for children the most important part), waterslides! But, there's a catch: queues. You will wait for nearly everything there. It doesn't matter if it is a waterslide or the restaurant (which, by the way, offers some nice food, sadly for a relatively big price), the queues can reach up to 20 minutes (specifically the one for "UFO", it was cool nevertheless). But don't get distracted by this inconvenience, if you choose the correct time to go, you can enjoy all of it till you get bored, but if I can tell you something, the "Kamikaze" isn't worth it, my back brutally hurt after it :/. The whole place is clean, toilets are available and lockers are nice and safe :).

Aqua Park in Budapest is a well-maintained water park with a wide range of pools and water slides. There are plenty of fun attractions suitable for both kids and adults. The warm water pools, saunas, and jacuzzis offer a relaxing experience, and the whole atmosphere is pleasant and family-friendly. There’s a dedicated area for small children, even for toddlers over 1 year old, which is a big plus for families. The park includes a decent food court with a variety of meals at relatively affordable prices. The restaurant area is clean, and the staff are helpful. You can also find a small shop inside the facility for swimming gear, in case you forget something. The changing rooms are clean and well-equipped, including hair dryers and swimwear dryers. However, if you're looking for extreme excitement, this park may not be thrilling enough. Most slides are designed for mild to moderate fun, and adrenaline seekers might find it underwhelming. It would be great if they added a free-fall slide to increase the thrill level. Overall, Aqua World is a great destination for a relaxing day, especially for families with young children. I’d definitely recommend it for a calm, enjoyable water park experience.
