The staff at Auchan is not family-friendly at all. Out of curiosity, my kids scanned their chips packet before we could start billing, and the staff at the counter reacted very harshly. As if that wasn’t enough, she went over to another family and started complaining about it.

To make things worse, the father from that family told me that his kids were standing quietly next to him, so I should control mine. I had to respond that every child is different. And of course, as non-Hungarian parents, we’ve only taught our kids to stay quiet and stand still — this is exactly how we kill their natural curiosity.

In a place in Hungary where people most people don't care much about anything including the people in stores and things like that this place stands Hungary on its ear. I don't know what happened but these people in the stores selling products were very professional knew exactly what they were selling comma and provided excellent service including demonstrations and discount prices. The only thing that was a disappointment was that I chose to have a hamburger for lunch and it was terrible. the rest of the experience was unbelievable and you have to go to this place and look around. I always criticise hungarians for not knowing what they're selling and this is true most of the timeperiod but I would travel halfway across the world to go to this place and buy products from them because they...
