Pál-völgyi-barlang cave — Attraction in Budapest

The cave itself is beautiful and interesting, so it is worth it to visit for sure.

But if you don't speak Hungarian, be aware that the tour guide only talks in Hungarian. You will get an audio guide, but it's hard to follow because the guide talks loudly in Hungarian. Plus the guide points at interesting aspects, which you will not be able to follow. Sometimes the audioguide wasn't finished, but we needed to keep walking because the Hungarian guide was ready.

Tip: bring headphones with audio...
