Best place to mental peace. Jaya Prakash Narayan Park, located in the heart of Bangalore, is a serene oasis amidst the bustling urban landscape. Named after the renowned Indian freedom fighter, the park offers a tranquil retreat for both locals and tourists seeking a respite from the city's chaos.

Spanning over lush acres, the park boasts an impressive array of flora and fauna, showcasing the city's commitment to green spaces. The well-maintained pathways wind through vibrant flowerbeds, while towering trees provide ample shade, making it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls or picnics with family and friends.

One of the park's highlights is its meticulously designed layout, which seamlessly integrates various elements of nature with artistic installations. The park's centerpiece is a majestic statue of Jaya Prakash Narayan himself, serving as a reminder of his inspiring contributions to the nation's history. Surrounding the statue are well-crafted sculptures that depict scenes from his life, offering visitors a glimpse into his remarkable journey.

For fitness enthusiasts, the park offers well-equipped jogging tracks and open spaces for yoga and exercise. The serene environment, combined with the crisp morning air, creates an invigorating atmosphere that helps rejuvenate both the body and mind.

Perfect place for a morning walk/jog with multiple tracks and lot of greenery all around you... Different gardens with beautiful sculptures explaining the beauty of village culture... This majorly attracts the kids.. Everything looks awesome early in the mornings...

Separate open gyms for men and women majorly attracts the crowd here for morning workouts.... Just not one but you find atleast 2 to 3 before you complete one round of walk... These facilities are definitely a very good initiative by local government authorities to bring health consciousness amongst their citizens...

Lot of huts and benches across the tracks to relax/rest if you are tired... Spacious gardens for Yoga and meditation with less pollution when you compare with other parks across the city...

Park has a rock garden.. musical fountain which is open for weekends and a swimming pool with some minimal fee.. could of ponds and a medium size lake which allows you to feed the fish...

Drawbacks are the unhygienic washrooms which has to be cleaned more regularly... And mud tracks is one of the major disadvantage.. seems like a new track is being built to fulfill this need...

Currently lot of construction work in place which might not be a good time to go... Defaulters taking advantage of this situation and making it more ugly with throwing wastage everywhere... I would recommend this place for morning walks and even a small picnic for families to spend some...
