A burst of flavor and heartfelt hospitality at Pani Puri Wali.
I recently visited Pani Puri Wali in Akshayanagara, and it was more than just a delicious experience. The puris were perfectly crisp and fresh, the filling had just the right amount of spice and tang, and the pani (water) was flavorful and refreshing, complementing the puris perfectly. Every bite was an explosion of flavor!
I also tried their sev puri, which was equally delicious, with the perfect balance of textures and tastes. The stall maintained good hygiene, and the service was friendly and efficient.
What truly stood out, however, was the heartwarming experience. The stall is run by an aged couple, young at heart and passionate about their craft. They take immense pride in their food and genuinely care about customer feedback, often seeking opinions after every chat. They even offer homemade chocolate that avoids excessive sweetness, striking the perfect balance of flavors.
Overall, Pani Puri Wali is a must-visit for anyone seeking a delicious and authentic pani puri experience in Bengaluru. But beyond the taste, it's the couple's warmth and dedication that truly elevates the experience. They serve customers with authentic homemade taste, using the best quality ingredients, and a touch of motherly love in every bite. Their passion and commitment are...

Read moreAn absolute delight to be around aunty & uncle when they serve the homemade Pani Puri. Had come across them back in 2021/22 when their granddaughter started the venture for homemade Pani Puri at Anappa Circle, which was then taken care of by the lovely elderly couple. However, they'd moved from the original location, and I presumed they'd shut shop. To my delight, my sister reminded me about them and informed they've moved a few 100m's before the signal opposite to Ramana Vidyaniketan. It was a delight to visit them again and have the mouthwatering Gol Gappa's after all this while. :)
Definitely recommended to try them out, or at least just be around to chat and they'll ensure hospitality is well...
