One of the oldest parks in Raipur city. It has a very good location. Situated at the roadside of G.E. road in Raipur it serves a healthy playing area for children, elders, youth and all the citizens. It has got good plantation which provides soothing relief at summer times. It it very crowded early morning and also on Sundays the crowd is high.Place is really beautiful and is very peaceful too. The only suggestion to the authority maintaining this is to have some more descipline. The day i visited, found fe guys making fun of couples and families. Should have some strict rules inside the garden area. This park is very near the CM residence. Since it is situated on the most important road of Raipur, parking is a big nuisance. This has lots of playing machines and also acts as a open gym. Alot of people come to walk, run and spend time in the natural space I found the place terribly crowded, especially on Sundays. Even a morning walk is quite impossible to do. The serious walkers use the roads. Evening view i love it with fountains. And in morning you get a free gym experience. A quite place to rest and have a chit chat with friends. Some peoples birthday celebration destination. Easy to get snacks around and conveyance to city ends. Many people come here for walking and jogging. Paid WiFi also available and speed is good. Outdoor gym equipments are also there and small swings for children are also available.
