Worst Customer Service experience (wish we had a zero star option for this review). They don't know how to treat Customers.. The manager was shouting over us in anger that the time is up..Not ready to listen to us.. BIG ZERO for u Mr. Supervisor..

Ours was a Day Wedding.. The moment 6 PM time got over staff even didn't care whether there are family guests and relatives available or not .. They started turning off the lights in portions DJ left the floor at 5 PM and Newly Wed couple and the family had to wait for him to start the music for 20 minutes.. Snacks served were not fresh While we left the main stage and getting our family photos clicked they ordered the floor cleaning guy to throw water in the area to clean where we were standing and when we asked them to stop .. this surd guy came in between and started shouting over us stating that the Hall is booked for evening party and they had promised it to be available by 7pm

IT WAS a FAKE NOTICE BOARD of EVENING wedding and not even a single person turned up till 8:30 pm (we came to know as some bag was left at the venue and there was nobody inside)

ADVICE: Better u start treating ur clients well and understand the situation as Baraat coming late is not in Girl side family's control..

We paid u heavy amount (5 Lakhs from our hard earned money) and chose ur venue over others to get good service and wedding experience and not to be remembered getting insulted.. Nobody on the wedding day expects to get this kind of INHUMAN experience..

HAVE A BIGGER HEART.. Hope someone in d Higher Management should take this feedback seriously and work on it to make things better..
