Raw Mango - Lodhi Colony Market — Attraction in Delhi

I visited the store over this weekend . I was horribly shocked to see the working conditions & store situation- so called for calling themselves a luxury store!

1. Firstly there is a renovation going on and still they have opened the store without any warning sign. Once you enter the store- there is such strong smell of paint and varnish. The entire store is covered with dust. and to TOP ALL THIS THE HUMBLE STAFF IS FORCED TO WORK FOR THE ENTIRE DAY IN SUCH CONDITIONS. I mean i could not stand that varnish smell for 5 mins- and they expect these girls to spend 9 hours inside. THATS INHUMAN
2. Second there was no air conditioning, how is that possible on a weekend for a luxury to open and running without the AC in this delhi humid heat ? There were two girls sweating from from to bottom handling multiple clients and every client was complaining and being arrogant about the store situation. The only good review is for those lovely ladies who were smiling and politely handling the situation every time. I like this brand, but i would surely not visit the store till this construction is on. And I WOULD STRONGLY URGE THE STORE HEAD TO PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR WONDERFUL STAFF. Varnish smell & paint triggers so many health concerns - thats why painters wear a mask...

In a saturated pool of disappointing customer experience at the hands of Indian designers, Raw Mango stands out as a stark contrast for it’s impeccable service, the kindest and possibly the most considerate staff I have encountered in the last few years. The entire experience is so well curated from the second you step in the store to the point you finalise your purchase that I can blindly put my faith and trust in this brand for any occasion or event. My latest purchase at the Delhi store was assisted by Swati and Sasangka who made sure that my entire process was dealt with exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I recently visited Raw Mango, expecting a luxurious and pleasant shopping experience, but it was anything but that. The store was filled with an overpowering foul smell, clearly from ongoing or recent renovations. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it nearly impossible to browse or appreciate the designs.

For a brand that claims to offer a premium experience, it’s unacceptable to subject customers to such an unpleasant environment. There seemed to be no effort made to address the issue or ensure a comfortable atmosphere. A luxury store should prioritize customer experience, and this was a complete failure in that regard.

I sincerely hope Raw Mango takes this feedback seriously and ensures their store is properly ventilated and presentable before inviting customers in. Until then, I cannot...
