Smallish Hall which is quite far away from the core of IHC - lobby opposite stein auditorium. May be that is why this place isn't handicapped friendly and does NOT even have elevators! One is forced to use the stairs. Interestingly it has just one toilet for both men and women and actually it is what is typically a toilet for the handicapped!...
