Best Farmhouse Experience – Feels Like Home!

We recently hosted a poolside birthday party for 40 guests here, with overnight stay for half the group, and I must say — the experience was beyond expectations!

What truly sets this farmhouse apart is the impeccable cleanliness. I’ve visited many resorts, but this one is exceptionally well-maintained — clean rooms, fresh linens, sturdy furniture, spotless washrooms, and the entire property is fully air-conditioned, which added to our comfort in every way.

The farmhouse has two spacious halls — one upstairs and one downstairs — both fully AC, and ideal for family gatherings. We used the upper hall for a cozy family get-together, where we all sat under one roof, relived old memories, and shared heartfelt moments. It felt just like being in an ancestral home — warm, nostalgic, and full of life.

The entire event flowed beautifully through three different areas:

The indoor hall for relaxing and chatting.

The pool area for fun, music, and games.

The garden where we had our cake-cutting and dance ceremony under the open sky.

There was ample space everywhere — no overcrowding, no mess. Everything was in place — even the sofa sets and dining space gave the feeling of sitting in our own home. The entire environment made it so easy and joyful to host a big group comfortably.

Honestly, I now feel there's no need to book faraway or commercial venues. This place is close by, budget-friendly, peaceful, and provides every facility you’d expect from a premium property — with a personal touch.

The owners and staff are extremely cooperative and warm, and you can tell they've created this space with heart and attention to every little detail.

I highly recommend this place for any family event, get-together, or just a peaceful weekend retreat. Will definitely...

They made us book Kanerbag Farmhouse at Baliawas, Gurugram. We were in contact with Tisha, nobody from their team, showed up on the event day and post all the chaos they stopped responding to our calls.

Very poor arrangements. During the initial visit, they show you grand setups and decorations to impress, but once the booking is done and payments are made, everything vanishes. We had paid for seating arrangements for 60 people, but on the day of the event, they shamelessly told us they only had 12 iron chairs—the kind you usually see in local parks.

The staff behavior was extremely disappointing. In fact, there was barely any staff—only two people were present. One of them, Mr. Sanjeev, the so-called manager, was completely unhelpful and uncooperative. He started asking us to pay extra for every small thing.

There were no proper drinking water facilities—just a single RO in the kitchen, which was nowhere near enough for a party. They didn’t even have glasses or bottles to serve drinking water. While they promised proper seating arrangements, nothing was made available in the glass house, and we weren’t allowed to move chairs from the rooms to the lawn either.

We had to arrange extra chairs from outside at Rs 50 per chair, but Mr. Sanjeev demanded Rs 150 per chair for the same. We had also paid for 2 large coolers, but they gave us only one small one and then asked us for Rs 5000 to provide another.

The kitchen and rooms were stinking, which made the whole experience worse. Overall, it was a terrible experience. We were in contact with the owner, Mr. Vishal, before the event, but on the day, he was completely unavailable—didn’t show up and even stopped answering our calls.

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend this...

On Sept 5th 2022 I booked a farm ( mentioned above ) for my sons birthday get together and his friends. They decided to choose this Farm from your website for celebrating his birthday.

On our visit to the Farm, we were shocked to see the arrangement as there was no helper and other amenities were missing as promised by the farm Owner. Further we requested the farm Owner to provide with the amenities but he refused and misbehaved with my son and his friends. Later at the time of check out we asked the owner refund our security deposit but he didn’t return the deposit. The owner further abused and threatened and told my son that you may leave the farm house or my son and all his friends have to face the dire consequences. On further enquiry, we learned that this was intentional to not refund the security deposit. When confronted, the staff initially denied our enquiry but later admitted that this practice was normal by the Farm owner Mr Ashish and Mr Rishabh Singhal.

This kind of unethical and illegal behaviour by the Farm Owner listed in your website can have a major impact on Websites reliability and trustworthiness. We expect a prompt action in this regard, as it is not fair to the customers.
