Sthaneshwar Mahadev Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. As per legends, Pandavas along with Lord Krishna prayed to Lord Shiva and received his blessings for victory in the epic battle of Mahabharata. Also, The ninth Guru Shri Tegh Bahadur stayed at a spot near the Sthaneshwar Tirtha that is marked by a gurdwara just besides this temple.
The temple premises is huge and houses temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, a secondary temple with 11 shiv lings, a gauri shankar temple, a Sai Baba temple, 9 devi maa temple, Shani mandir, Balaji temple, a Lord Shiva statue sitting in Yog mudra in the centre of huge water body and a HariHar statue on the eastern corner of the water body. Also, Just outside the temple is Kali Maa Mandir.

You have to stay in long queues to get ur turn to worship the Lord Shiva. To avoid Such rush it's advised to go there after afternoon(1-2Pm). Every God and goddess statue including राधा-कृष्ण, सीता-राम-लखन, माता दुर्गा, सनिदेव जी, बजरंग बालाजी, सत्य साईं जी and many more... It has nice facilities for हवन etc. Almost Every kind of shops are there just outside the temple...
