This is a terrible place to visit. Half the machines don't even work properly and they do a lot of misleading advertising regarding other things. Here's a tip of what I've experienced.
The VR rollercoaster took ages to start and even when it did start, to see what was in front of me on screen I had to turn my head 45° to experience it properly. After i paid money for the minions air hockey game the timer started but the game didn't. By the time I alerted the staff half time had already passed before the game even started. And when I asked the staff to fix it she just condescendingly told me to play the game from half time saying " you'll lose even more time if you don't play now" instead of restarting the game. That was very unprofessional of the staff. All the VR stuff is of very low quality in general with blurry visuals enough to trigger a headache from trying to adjust. Beware that you can't pay for any food inside with the card that they give(not even popcorn) it would've been nice to know this beforehand but no one is bothered enough to inform this ahead of time. Even while playing beatsaber VR I had to stand at an awkward angle facing to the left instead of looking forward. They advertised a haunted house but it's just a 3D movie of bad graphics monsters that you watch on a screen. This is just plain misleading the public. The VR dome is just you sitting in a chair and watching bad quality VR cinematics of sights from China.
These are just the things I can think of off the top of my head. This is a terrible place to visit with a lot of shady practices. The staff was unprofessional(especially the one near the minions game). The VR stuff is of bad quality with poorly calibrated headsets that defeat the purpose of having an VR experience. Half the machines don't even work. Don't visit this place if you are looking for any level of quality experience. I regret coming here and I hope i can persuade others to not waste their money on this terrible place. The sanjeevaiah kids park is infinitely better than this place. Words cannot express my disappointment in this place.
Edit: also I'm pretty sure they are manipulating Google reviews with bot accounts to boost...

Suggested Duration : 3-4 hours
Address -
Railway Station, 1233, PV Narasimha Rao Marg, opp. to Sanjeeviah Park, Hussain Sagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500003 Located in: Sanjeevaiah Children's Park
Parking -
The parking facilities available in front of the park are insufficient. Securing a parking spot is largely a matter of chance, if no spaces are available, you may be directed to park your vehicle across the road or near the temple, which poses certain risks.
Charge -
INR 999/- per person for Adults
INR 699/- per person for Senior Citizens / Children
Timing -
11:00 AM to 11:00 PM all seven days.
Conclusion - I did not find this experience to be worthwhile, as the cost of the rides was excessively high, and many of the games and attractions were quite ordinary, similar to those found in any mall's play area. The entry fee is substantial, after paying 999, I would expect the rides to be complimentary, as is common in many amusement parks. Additionally, one cannot spend more than three to four hours here. Wonderla would be a more favorable option...
Read moreLost 99 points on two cards each upon re-entry. I had carried cards with balances worth 400, & 100 points from last June i.e. 2023. The entry counter checked the balances and allowed two of us on the two cards. After going inside when I swiped my card at 100 credits game, it didn't accept. When I went to the counter, I found the balance is 99 only. When I told the receptionist that the balance outside was 100 pts, they said 1 point is deducted for entry. There was no game below 100. I was totally devastated. The other card also had 399 points. The minimum recharge option is 200 pts for Rs 200. That means for the 99 pts to be effective I had to shell out Rs200. I had to do some combinations to minimize the losses by combining games worth 100, 125 and 150 points to minimize the loss on one card to 24 points. And for another card I recharge with 200 to make total of 299 and use 250 points bearing a loss of 49 points. After returning to entry counter, I asked the receptionist, they handed out a brochure for new visitorrs stating the terms and conditions that 1 point will be deducted on re-entry. Was I supposed to remember it for 1 year or read it again before re-entering ? Wouldn't it be ethical on their part to inform that 1 point will be deducted on re-entry, so that one of us adults could sacrifice their entry to maximize the fun for child accompanying another adult ?
Furious with their ethics i gutted their cards in the nearby trash bin and decided to forget them forever.
My advice finish your cards balance fully and avoid getting trapped in Terms...
