Animals are in their original habitat, glass enclosure so that visitors can see them easily and can’t throw food to them. Shades with trees, sound of birds everywhere. A must visit if you are coming to Hampi with kids. So here it goes. No matter what time you come you will get the bus safaris every 30 min. You may go for open of closed jeep but only make sense if you have that number of people and want a private vehicle other wise it’s all same. We were couple with two kids so we preferred bus as the ticket was 600 for all, inclusive zoo and bus ticket. The ticket counter person was very helpful and changed our ticket from only zoo to safari+zoo. Now the bus goes and enter in lion area were lioness were in sage but lion was out side sleeping. See the lion pic, the next we proceed to white tiger area and followed by gizzal and other wild animals like sambhar, peacock etc. all took 30 min and then bus dropped us to a point in side zoo from we could walk and see all animals. This path is around 1km long loop and really beautiful. You will be able to see All animals in i.e. emu, ostrich, bear, tiger, lion, crocodile, birds, baboon, giraffe, hyena, jaykal, hippocampus, tortoise, and many more. After this small walk, we were at the same place where bus dropped us. The next bus came in 5 min. Picked us all and dropped to the main entrance of the zoo from where we took the ticket. So it’s was well managed, well organised. All path has RO drinking water, seating are, shades and very beautiful. This is a must visit zoo and i must suggest other states and countries to take this zoo as an example and build similar in your place. The staff were so friendly and happy. There were like friends to each other which makes them a family. Our family enjoyed the...
