There is sophistication in the conduct and maintenance of this place. You will be greeted with utmost grace and humility with highly sophisticated and trained staff. The atmosphere around the place is calming by design. We went for lunch and luckily we got the table as sometimes it is only available on prior reservation. With some expectations and curiosity we settled for food that was spread as a buffet, we did enquire about al a carte but they were not serving at the time so we had to take the buffet and it was a surprise as the menu didn't fit the concept Evolve Back is trying to establish or sell. You will find all the common dishes in the buffet starting from soup to fried vegetables paneer lababdar veg biryani/ pulao, etc and the same desserts that we get in a normal restaurant with the same or similar taste. The restaurant served buffets before covid. For guest safety, they have now switched to an ala carte model. As some of their staff admitted, there are teething troubles and they are still ramping up the staff to ensure timely service.

We drove off-road for a kilometre to get there only to be told the restaurant is reserved for resort guests only. Wish they said that before or at least posted a phone number to enquire.
