We recently had the pleasure of staying at Evolve Back, Hampi, and I can confidently say it was a remarkable experience from start to finish. The hospitality level we encountered, from the booking process to check-in, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff, was truly outstanding.

Booking Process (5/5): When I inquired about making a reservation, the resort's reservation central team exhibited professionalism and a commitment to ensuring a seamless booking process. Ashwini was responsive and accommodating and made sure to address all my inquiries promptly. Ashwini's assistance in tailoring our stay to our preferences was greatly appreciated.

Check-In and Front Desk (5/5): Upon arrival, the front desk staff( Jayashree and Salma) greeted me warmly and efficiently. The check-in process was swift, and Jayashree was attentive to our requests. Her friendly demeanor instantly made us feel at home, setting the tone for the rest of our stay and detailed explanation of the resort and our room(Jal Mahal).

Housekeeping (5/5): The housekeeping team at Evolve Back Hampi deserves special recognition. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The attention to detail they demonstrated, from the neatly arranged amenities to the fresh linens, ensured my utmost comfort and relaxation. Ashraf and his team did a wonderful job and thanks for providing the Lilly plant.

Restaurant Staff (5/5): Dining at the resort's restaurant was a culinary delight. The restaurant staff were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly attentive. They took the time to make dining an unforgettable experience, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Ashok, Ullas and Mohamed(Operations Manager) for their outstanding service!

In addition to the remarkable staff, the resort's picturesque surroundings and well-kept facilities added to the overall charm of our stay. The entire team at Evolve Back, Hampi takes immense pride in providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience.

In conclusion, our stay was exceptional. The hospitality extended to us was a testament to the resort's dedication to guest satisfaction. We are already looking forward to returning to their other properties in the future and experiencing their outstanding service once again. 1 star - Property is exceptional. It’s always the details. You guys have nailed it. The aesthetic language across rooms, lobby, restaurant is incredible. Property is maintained so well. Clean and hygienic.

2 star - The spa!!! I’m a lifestyle journalist who has travelled to 36 countries and this spa is the best I’ve visited in my entire career. The therapists - Megha and Sneha were very efficient. Their knowledge about the treatment were impressive. They use all natural products. Extremely professional. In span of 2 days I used literally everything they had to offer. It was that good! Full marks for that!

3 star - The food! Usually luxury hotel chain always get behind food presentation and focus less on the taste of food. But here, everything I ordered was amazing. Continental to Indian cuisine. Tasty food and very kind restaurant staff :)

the staff. there were many staff yet I didn’t find anyone helpful, the front office was a disaster. they have a dinner only restaurant apparently which needs prior reservations for which we made a reservation in the morning for 7:30 pm and they had story telling session at 7:30pm the staff didn’t even attempt to call and double check if we were coming nor they reminded us that we have reservations. we dressed up all nice because they hyped up that restaurant so much, we walk in just to be turned down. the guy says “ we don’t have a table for you as we had lot of walk in’s” what was the necessity to have reservations then? it was soo embarrassing. walk in wearing all good clothes just to be rejected for a table. I’ll tell you what, you need niche crowd, make sure you cater to them well. we don’t come to your resort spend more than a lakh in 2 nights just to be disappointed. “quality over quantity” you have many staff and most of them were useless. After the damage was done they insisted that we go to the restaurant the next day and they’d give us a special table. Sunday night, there were barely any guest of course you will give me a table. what’s the point??? asked for Manager, he was apparently not at the property. Chef came to address our concerns, why in the world will I talk to a chef about anything else apart from food? food was great! and that’s the conversation for him. Either-way that table thing killed the whole joy and excitement of staying at evolve back.

I’ve stayed in all evolve back properties. People tell Hampi’s got the best. I’d say coorg made me feel at home. Everyone always smiling and talking to all the guest....

We were smitten from the time we stepped in and were welcomed from the drive way itself of this amazing resort. Property is beautiful, great architecture and very well maintained. I don’t have enough words to describe the courtesy and service of the staff and the ambience of the place.

An amazing getaway for couples and friends for sure. It’s definitely a romantic and peaceful place. And just as the name suggests..does a wonderful job to help one evolve back and rejuvenate.

The food is amazing with much variety from start to finish. Every detail was taken care of. Entertaining performances during dinner ( dance and music) and activities conducted for the stayers is just amazing.

The nature trail walk with Mr. Abhijeeth( the naturalist ) is simply praiseworthy .. he’s well learned, knowledgeable and was quite patient enough to take us through the walk and give us the time and opportunity to wait, spot and enjoy the flora and fauna of the surroundings.

Can improve a lot on story telling sessions .. an event we eagerly did look forward to ..the ambience and the setting was good…but we were quite disappointed on the presentation and delivery of the stories. Maybe some art form can be added to it too.

Access to nearby sightseeing areas of Hampi is good .. we were able to check box a lot of our list for this visit in the two days we had and were even able to get back in time for an amazing high tea at the resort (The spread was good). The resort does help in providing guide and tours, however we decided to do the tours on our own. Location wise it’s put up perfectly.

After the tours, a good Ayurvedic spa treat at the resort just a day before our travel back was perfect enough to wind up this beautiful getaway.

Yes we did visit the resort antique store and bought a few trinkets to add to our other collectibles from our Hampi visits.

Definitely will visit again and Im even eager to explore their other properties. I wish them the very best.
