Hanuman temple located just on the Tumkur main road.... Temple is situated near Amani lake , when you are traveling from Tumkur to Sira you will get this temple entrence which is magnificent and devotional, the statue of lord Hanuman carrying Sri Rama and Lakshmana to make them reach Sri lanka in search of Sita mathe is built very beautifully. The temple is maintained very neatly with all the basic requirements for the devotes who visits that temple, its very pacefull place for offering prayer. I suggest you to visit this place. The temple entrance has a huge statue of anjaneyaswamy. On Saturdays there is special Pooja in temple. Not so big but beautiful temple. Parking can a bit of problem especially on Saturdays.... Opposite to amanikere and district post office and district collector office... Every year at December in hanuman jayanthi they celebrate very grand and at top of the statue the hanuman flag is present every year on this day they will change that flag .... Awesome...
