This is the central administration place of Kothamangalam Diocese. Bishop of the diocese resides here. It has an ample parking space and an attractive natural surrounding. The place is well maintained and clean. It also has two associate institutions: St. Joseph's Minor Seminary and Vijnanabhavan.
