Shree Sopandev was one of the younger brothers of Shree Dnyaneshwar Mauli. The temple premises is quite big and well maintained. There is one sclupture depicting the famous incident wherein the stone wall moved after Shree Dnyaneshwar Mauli ordered it to do so. All three brothers Nivrutti, Sopandev and Mauli and their sister Muktabai can be seen sitting on the wall. The entire area is very calm and peaceful. The mandir itself has a look of old wada. It also houses the Silver Palkhi and rath/chariot in which idol of Sopan dev is taken for wari.
There are also mandirs dedicated to Sri Dattaguru, Shiv shankar, Sant Muktai on the premises.
Main attraction is the Ganesh vruksh, which is an old tree. A number of shapes on the trunk of this tree look like face of Shree Ganesh, hence the name. Check out the pic for that. This is the same tree where Sant Sopan dev took samadhi.
