Seawoods Lake — Attraction in Navi Mumbai

The civic body's Nerul lake beautification drive by investing Rs 17 crore to develop a fitness park was a welcome step. The picturesque scene of the lake and the surroundings were enjoyed by so many enthusiasts.The jogging track with stamp concrete is superb having wooden floor appearance. The lake must be cleaned to avoid dirty smelling and light poles to be installed. The open gym, Thinker Statue, urban forest, trees and bushes, shades and kids equipment, playground and amphitheatre were added advantage . Wash rooms were properly maintained. The sunset reflected amidst the beautiful Palm Beach Road Trees Shades, en carved in the pond was a rare experience often recorded by exciting viewers. Sitting lazy on the bank facing the sunset with selfies single,couples and groups overlooking the flaura and fauna , natural flowers, boats along with the singing sounds of birds were a common scene . Nature was everywhere....Walking along with cool breeze, overlooking the colorful panorama sky was reflecting in the calm Nerul Lake water. It depicted the artistic and aesthetic imagination refreshing body, mind and soul with enchanting experience..Kids were excited with the playground. Enough parking facilities were convenient. Seating arrangements were a welcome step. Most important was the surrounding of the lake so Eco friendly with other small natural ponds having enough fish and birds nearby and deep mangroves covered with water conserving the natural beauty at its best along with the busy Palm Beach Road with beautiful and fertile trees having sounds of vehicles ,cricket ground,garden and tall buildings. 10 mint or less walking distance from Seawoods station.from seawoods station go to west side of station also there u will have autos they will demand more money then u expect . From my suggestion better go by walking its not too far . Then with in 5min to 10min u will see jewel of navi mumbai big logo beside it there is gate to visit there u can visit any time and its a big place to roam.one can visit with family ,friend and girlfriends . Mostly people u will see would be taking picture here and some people come here for jogging still construction is going on here u can see new things on each visit If you visit here dont throw garbage in lake keep it clean use dustbins. Really well maintained place and rightly called the "Jewel of Navi Mumbai". This place is joggers & exercise lovers paradise.

There's a nice jogging track and running around the lake with the greenery surrounding you gives a nice feel. Also, if this place is crowded, the place is large enough to spread the crowd out and ensure it's spacious for a nice jog.

There are huge place where people can do zumba & yoga. Also, there are green patches where you can chill out and enjoy the surroundings.
