I used to order food from them quite regularly, especially when they first started. As an NRI, I travel frequently, and during my monthly subscription, I had clearly informed them that I might occasionally skip meals due to my travel schedule. Since April, I havenât been well and have had to skip meals more often. Instead of checking in or showing any understanding, I was repeatedly threatenedânot just once, but multiple times. This became overwhelming, so I finally told them to cancel my subscription and stop delivering meals. I even mentioned they could treat the remaining balance as a charitable contribution from my side, and I would simply leave my feedback honestly. Their response? "It was only one meal left; we can't build an empire with such a huge amount." This is exactly the problem. When they were just starting out, they were respectful and customer-focused.    Read moreWe ordered chicken tikka and quinoa meal along with chicken zoodle salad. Both were terribly salty. Chicken tikka was just boiled chicken with no spices, and the quinoa were fresh boiled which made them soggy, mushy and watery! Plus why was everything mixed together? If you go to any restaurant and order gravy and rice, they don't mix everything together before serving! It tasted like eating daal khichdi with soy sauce :(
Zoodles were okay, horrible salt ratio that all the water inside zucchini came out and pooled in the bottom of the bowl, felt like I was drinking sea water. Also, there was no dressing!
None of the salads on the menu mentioned the veggies they would come with, that's also strange.
