I saw Buddha being made on the sand. It was beautiful with a little colouring. As it got dark lights were also arranged. The eyes looked very beautiful. Yes this has to be recognised and considered by govt. The artist will not allow to take photos for free because of the efforts he put. He will ask for min 40 rs. And himself will...
