This garden is huge and right place for morning or evening walks. It has one entrance and we need to purchase ticket to enter. No parking near by for four wheelers. Two wheeler parking is available near the main entrance. The lush green trees and grass make it a very soothing atmosphere. You will definitely feel a sense of relaxation. The garden is usually crowded but since it is big in size you will definitely find some space to relax or do some activity. The kids play area is not very well maintained but is adequate for kids to enjoy. A few more play equipment would definitely make it a perfect place for kids. There is a small amphitheatre. Till few years back there was a water fountain in the garden but did not see it this time. A public toilet in the garden will be really helpful with many kids around. The park has changed from best to worse, of course fortunately it is not the worst. In New Panvel, this park has tried to improve the surrounding, as compared to others in its vicinity.Though regular sweeping takes place, but there is absence of checking even the least possible areas to be swept. Occasionally identifying and taking necessary action for disposal of such polythene bags would help. This especially so when use of these bags is banned. The e-toilet facility was a welcome initiative. Unfortunately since the last one month, the same is not working. Stray dogs and boundary walls need to be taken care of.
