Everything has changed the quality has gone down the gutter. With fame and money, the attitude of the owner has got rude, who doesn't care about the customers who are paying money for their food. I literally had to cancel my order since I felt so bad with behaviour of the owner. At first I was denied a table even though I already had food coupon that I had already paid for, secondly denied table to a customer who had just arrived and had yet to order. The owner literally came to me and asked me to wait and not to take the table. Secondly, I asked the waiter for my second order and he took the order too. Later on the owner came and said I cnt order like this and I had to get food coupon, which in my sense could have been asked politely. I said to the owner the waiter himself should have not taken my order. He didn't said anything and left. I cancelled my order somehow I finished my food from previous order. While going i expressed the owner my dissatisfaction with the behaviour he literally said we cnt help you please go and escaped the conversation. IF YOU CANT KEEP YOUR OLD CUSTOMER HAPPY AND CONTENT i doubt it will give you long time success. Just because you have earned some doesn't mean that it's forever. Even big cities have fallen down due to rude leaders and i hope the same doesn't happens to you small shop of chaat. Praying God to provide the owner with some decency to talk to...

Very poor service, no one pays attention to your order. First, you are asked to pay, and then a token is given to you. Orders are delivered very late. Initially, your dish is brought, but the staff doesn’t even set the plate for you. We ordered Gobi Manchurian, but it wasn’t cooked properly from the inside. When we asked the owner about it, he didn’t give any proper response and instead said, "You ordered dry Manchurian, that's how it will come." Then, when the fried rice came, it was tasteless, and there was no sauce or Schezwan chutney with it. When we asked the staff, the owner came and started arguing, saying "You are paying for food, we are giving you your food, we don’t give anything for free," with an awful attitude. The owner was arguing in a very rude manner, even going as far as grabbing my husband's hands. It was such a bad experience. The owner has no manners at all. To top it off, he told us, "Why are you creating drama?" If we are paying for a service, we have the right to receive it properly. We left without even finishing our meal.
