Visited imperial mannor for a wedding. It is a beautiful, luxurious place with upper end look feel. The decorations is very resort like. It is a boutique resort. Service n facilities match with the 5star properties. Easily amongst the best in punjab. Food snacks and drinks were good, tasty and well complimented with a great service. The whole resort was neat n clear. Well manicured garden area, clean fountains, greenery was amplely balanced with floor space. Covered area have huge Hall, that had very good lighting, food stall layout was great, musine and stage were done well. Air conditioning was very effective. Proper arrangements were done for the social media savy public for selfies and photo shoot props were also done well. Service isa special mention. ITTT WASSS GREAATTT. Individual attantion was give. The ratio of service staff good. It could be compared at par with the best. Costing : Expensive. Value for money well spent Remembrance factor : Great. Bad experience. My name is Sanjeev Kaushal and I am from USA. I celebrated my parents’ golden jubilee on December 30th. I had somewhat of a bad experience. Before I share my bad experience, I want to share some good experience as well. The food was amazing, the place location and parking was great too and the staff was caring. The bad part was that the place wasn’t completely ready on the committed time. Due to a wedding at noon, they couldn’t change the chair covers to golden like we asked for. The place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and it had a foody smell all over. ABOUT DJ: We recommend to not hire DJ hardrockers provided by the palace. Their stage wasn’t ready until 8:30 when we needed it at 7:30, they weren’t even friendly with the hosts and they kept messing with the volume for the karaoke singing. So please don’t hire them.
