KFC — Restaurant in Punjab

Public Announcement - If you like KFC then go to any KFC in the world but if you are planning to go to KFC - Rama Mandi must note below points:-

1. The staff in untrained for services and cooking ( most of the time the food is overcooked, burnt, hardened chicken patties)

2. staff will definitely forget something in your meal ( sometimes they forgot to add your softdrink, fries, chicken wings etc ) so do check your bag if you are going via drive thru

3. they are always short with something (even they dont have that much walkins and i believe this would be the reason) they are shortened with Chicken zinger patties most of the time ( which is their hot selling product), if you would say ok I can go with Rice bowl, staff ; ummm sir pop corn krlo as leg piece v nai hai.

If this would have been once or twice or thrice or 4th, 5th time i have experienced that I might have not put it in the reviews.

This is my 10th experience at least with KFC rama mandi only. Otherwise I love KFC and it is an alarming situation for KFC - Rama Mandi before this outlet get shut down change your staff, now i have to go 10kms away to another KFC outlet but rama mandi one will definitely not the option before they change their staff.

Recommend to KFC they should hire good staff like other outlets they have. Its not only the service issue but yes they dont serve the well cooked food.

Also please do understand why someone would have this much time to waste to write a long article on a particular outlet. If I write this big article and sell it in the market I might have...

New opening on the highway next to Liquor shop which may not be appropriate for families to visit. No staff available...only two people were available to handle the counter and kitchen. As per the Counter person the cook was on leave and hence the menu is insufficient. We ordered Rice Bowl meals... Not Available because cook was absent hence we had to order what we didn't want. We Ordered Bucket but we were told to wait for 15-20 min since the item is not ready due cook was absent. The bill was made for 1650/-. So offered my card. The card payment was not accepted since the machine was not working.

I don't understand when cook is absent ,Menu is incomplete, staff is not available , payment options not working....then why the restaurant has been opened...to fool the public and earn profits for free. KFC as a brand to look into the restaurant rather than spoiling...

This is not the first time I bought from this store of KFC, i.e., KFC Rama Mandi, Jalandhar. Initially when it opened at this place, its service, delivery everything was good. Gradually it’s worsening. Today I ordered for 4 pcs hot and crispy, 6 pcs hot wings and 4 pcs peri peri along with 2 medium soft drinks. It was around 9 pm and order was a take away. When I reached home and opened the parcel, it had only 2 pcs hot and crispy and 8 pcs of hot wings and 4 pcs of peri peri. When I opened the coke, one of the glass was half empty. I am sure no one opens the parcel at the store to have a count and I did the same. IS THIS IS THE NEW TRICK FOR CHEATING CUSTOMERS? HOW CAN SUCH A BRAND BEHAVE HAVE SUCH POOR SERVICE. This is the second time am facing such an issue and hence decided to share my review. #kfc...
